Olof Schybergson is a visionary business leader, change agent, and designer with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. As the Chief Design and Product Officer at Accenture Song, he is responsible for setting the vision and direction for a global team of designers, strategists, engineers, product experts, and data & AI specialists.

Under his leadership, this diverse and talented group invents and reinvents key products and services for some of the world’s leading companies, creating digital experiences that are engaging, delightful, and elegantly simple.

Prior to his current role, Olof co-founded Fjord in 2001, a pioneering design agency that grew under his stewardship to become a leading global design team, with studios in 35 cities around the world.

For 20 years, he led Fjord in delivering cutting-edge design solutions, which later became a part of Accenture Song.
